The Yellow Canaries travelled to Trabzon, one day prior to their Week 17 match-up with the Black Sea Storm. The first half of the 2009/10 Turkcell Süper Lig season will come to an end with Sunday night's Trabzonspor vs. Fenerbahçe derby. Colin Kazım-Richards, Önder Turacı, Deivid de Souza and Ali Bilgin were not included in the match squad.

The 19-man match squad that made the trip to Trabzon is as follows:  Volkan Demirel, Volkan Babacan, Mert Günok, Diego Lugano, Fabio Bilica, Bekir İrtegün, Gökçek Vederson, Gökhan Gönül, Cristian Baroni, Emre Belözoğlu, Selçuk Şahin, Deniz Barış, Alex de Souza, André Santos, Mehmet Topuz, Uğur Boral, Özer Hurmacı, Daniel Güiza & Semih Şentürk.
