Jovanovic Reveals Canaries Offer; Report Rubbished by Fener

With just a few days left before the start of the winter transfer window, Standard Liège striker Milan Jovanovic revealed that he has received a concrete offer from Fenerbahçe. According to recent reports, Milan Jovanovic told the Serbian press that the most tempting offer he received was from the Yellow Canaries and that the Belgian club was ready to give the green light for the transfer.
According to reports on Saturday, Standard Liège goal scorer Milan Jovanovic has admitted to receiving an offer from Fenerbahçe. Widespread reports in the Turkish press claimed that the 28-year-old forward had told the Serbian press that the most tempting offer he received so far was from the Yellow Canaries.
The Canaries have reportedly made a three-year contract offer worth €12,5 million for the Serbian goal scorer. Reports state that European giants Liverpool, Valencia, AC Milan, Hamburg and Schalke 04 are all interested in transferring the Standard Liège forward.
Fenerbahçe Worldwide had previously reported that Milan Jovanovic had price tag of around €5,5 million. Milan Jovanovic reportedly claims that if he shakes hands with the Kadıköy side, Standard Liège will be ready to give the green light for the transfer.
28-year-old Milan Jovanovic has scored over 50 goals for Standard Liège over the past three years and the Serbian international has also scored nine goals for his nation.
NEWS UPDATE: Fenerbahçe issued an official statement on Sunday afternoon, denying having made an offer for Standard Liège striker Milan Jovanovic. The Yellow Canaries claimed that they had no interest in transferring the Serbian goal scorer.
