André Santos One of Two Final Candidates For Real Madrid

According to the latest reports in the Spanish press, Real Madrid is considering to make a transfer move on Fenerbahçe left back André Santos. The La Liga giants are desperately looking for a replacement for injured defender Pepe and they are said to have lowered their shortlist to two final possiblities; Benfica's David Luiz or Fenerbahçe's André Santos.

Real Madrid have been looking for a replacement for their injured defender Pepe who will be out of action for at least six months. Spanish newspaper Marca reported on Monday that the La Liga giants had narrowed down their shortlist to two final possibilities; Benfica's David Luiz or Fenerbahçe's André Santos.

Marca published the mentioned report on their cover page on Monday and stated that Yellow Canaries left back André Santos was at the top of the list in the report sent to Real Madrid President Florentino Perez.

The Madrid side are looking to find a replacement for Pepe in the January transfer window and according to Marca, Real can transfer André Santos from Fenerbahçe with a deal worth €15 million. Real manager Manuel Pellegrini has also reportedly given his approval for André Santos' transfer.

lol fb_fan! 40mil and Marcelo......yeeee rite. Do u no anything about football mate? 15mil is a realistic amount for him. Good profit made if we sell him for that much. But ye....we shouldn't sell him. And i dont get it. A centre back gets injured and they wanna replace him with a left back/left wing? Santos will not be good as a Centre back. And its not like u'd start him at left back and put marcelo in the middle. I don't get it....

1st: I am member of this forum long before you were aware of Fener,i train football and its my biggest hobby!So yeah,i know some stuff about it!

2nd: the only reason i wrote payout for Santos that huge was to indicate that Fenerbahce selling Andre is as absurd as Real losing Marcelo with 40 mill along!

3rd: Just for your familiarity i will lighten you about Marcelo's real play position-its LB (this season Pelegrini is trying him as LM,but i read an interview about his desire of going back to the defence)

Come on... Nonda is a great finisher... and with Alex- Ozer- Topuz and Emre... all you need is to finish.

I think Guiza is a great ball player but suffers from constant PMS... He cant make it in the turkish league. Not with the turkish press.

I think Africans do great in the turkish league... We need a fast forward with a great finish. Nonda would do great for now, and we could probably just trade him for onder
