Fenerbahçe players continued preparing for this week's Gaziantepspor game with a practice session at Samandıra on Wednesday afternoon. The Yellow Canaries practiced without six players who are currently injured or sick. Manager Christoph Daum motivated his squad on Wednesday, telling them, "As a team, you have very big potential. We can always make new beginnings. This league is not over yet."

The Yellow Canaries regrouped at Samandıra's Can Bartu Training Grounds on Wednesday afternoon and continued practicing for Saturday's Turkcell Süper Lig home fixture against Gaziantepspor. Vice-Presidents Murat Özaydınlı and Şekip Mosturoğlu and Board Members Ömer Temelli and Hakan Dinçay watched the practice from the sidelines.

Wednesday's practice began at 17:00 (5 PM) and lasted for about an hour and a half. Team coach Christoph Daum gave a motivational speech at the start of the practice telling his players, "As a team, you have very big potential. I want you to use this potential in Saturday's game."

"We can always make new beginnings. I want you to win the Gaziantepspor game and all the rest of the games," continued the German coach. "This league is not over yet," added the Fenerbahçe boss. After starting with jogging and coordination drills on the upper field, the Yellow Canaries passed onto tactical drills on the lower field.

Christoph Daum focused his players on attacking with quick movements and dangerous through balls, before he also conducted some crossing drills. Wednesday's training session later ended with a tactical practice match and some individual drills. Fener missed six regular players in this afternoon's practice.

While Uğur Boral and Cristian Baroni resumed their injury recovery rehabilitation, Emre Belözoğlu and Volkan Demirel were out with the flu. Gökçek Vederson also sat out today's practice, as the left winger suffered intense headaches through a case of sinusitus. Semih Şentürk practiced inside the facilities with personal trainer Dolu Arslan. The Canaries forward skipped work because he was suffering pain in his leg muscles.

The Yellow Canaries will continue gearing up for their upcoming Gaziantepspor fixture with another practice session at Samandıra's Can Bartu Training Grounds, tomorrow afternoon at 17:00 (5 PM).

Wasn't superlignews.com a website of one of the members here ? Kazim said there in a interview that he and Topuz share a lot of interest in dogs. Guess who the guy in this picture is ? Old picture, nearly 1.5-2 years :)

You guys listeting to this. Aziz said if they get an offer for santos and other brazilians he will sell them....

I am ok with selling bilica and cristian. BUT NOT VEDERSON AND SANTOS. Man they play with their hearts. How can you possible even think aboout selling santos. Please dont make a mistake like you did with sellin kazim.

Hè can sell christian vederson bilica and Alex... Not Santos! Vederson is far below FB standards!

Selling Santos and Cristian would be a mistake. Cristian is the defensive midfielder we've been looking for ever since Aurelio left and letting him go would be stupid..
