Turkish National Team coach Guus Hiddink has yet to officially take over as Crescent Stars' boss, but he's proving already to be a man of his word.  According to a report early this week, Hiddink is not interested in an offer from English side Liverpool to take over the same position there.  Hiddink's agent also reveals that he turned down an offer to replace Jose Mourinho at Inter Milan recently.

Guus Hiddink's agent spoke to BBC Sport recently and stated that despite recent overtures to return to club football, his client has no plans to leave the Turkish job.  "Guus has shown over the years that he is loyal to agreements that he signed," Cees van Nieuwenhuizen told BBC Sport.  "There is no reason today why he would change such behaviour," the agent for Guus Hiddink said.

Liverpool recently parted ways with Rafael Benitez after six years with the English super club.  They've yet to hire a replacement, but it is believed that Hiddink was at the top of their list.  Other names mentioned as potential replacements are Fulham coach Roy Hodgson, Bayern Munich's Louis van Gaal, Aston Villa's Martin O'Neill, former Manchester City director Mark Hughes, Croatia's Slaven Bilic and Galatasaray's Frank Rijkaard.

Hiddink's agent told the media outlet that Liverpool is not the first major European club job his client has snubbed recently. "Guus just started two weeks ago in Turkey and as much as he likes the Premier League and as much as he respects Liverpool as a legendary club with a great future ahead, a switch would be hardly doable," said Cees van Nieuwenhuizen.

"Two weeks ago for the same reason he refused the position at Inter Milan after Jose Mourinho left.  I know, never say never and especially in football this is true, but for me this is an impossible thought," he said.

Another coach based in Turkey is also on the Liverpool list.  Galatasaray's Frank Rijkaard is believed be on Liverpool's wishlist but his agent, Perry Overmeers, says he's unlikely to leave the Lions for any job.

"Rumours linking Frank to Liverpool are just that, rumours," Overmeers told BBC Sport. "Frank is the type of person who likes to fulfil his obligations and he has one year left on his contract with Galatasaray.  There has been no contact from Liverpool," he said.

Hiddinks not going anywhere. He will be with us through 2012.

The only person going to Liverpool should be Arda.
