Fenerbahçe resumed practice on Tuesday, just days ahead of their final Turkcell Süper Lig match of the 2007-2008 season. The team gathered at the Samandıra Training Facilities Tuesday morning for their first practice of the week.
The Canaries met at 11:00 Tuesday morning and practiced for approximately an hour and a half. The team was again without several key members. Volkan Demirel, Diego Lugano, Roberto Carlos, Gökçek Wederson, Uğur Boral, Semih Şentürk, Önder Turacı, and Deniz Barış are all recovering from injuries for Fenerbahçe currently. Volkan began practicing again today, but did not participate in a full session. The injured goalkeeper did begin running again, however. Mateja Kezman also participated in Tuesday's training, but practiced indoors separately from the team.
The footballers who played against Gençlerbirliği all participated in a light practice and run. The team will practice again on Wednesday at 11:00 at Samandıra. That session will be a full training session for all of the healthy members of the team.
